1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply throughout:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4.5 Account Accuracy

You must promptly notify phl88 of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment method details. phl88 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phl88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱PHP). phl88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the phl88 account holder.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. phl88 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.

5.3 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phl88 balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes depending on the originating bank. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and six (6) hours. Processing times may vary during scheduled maintenance windows or periods of high transaction volume.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phl88 may temporarily delay or withhold withdrawals pending security reviews, compliance checks, or verification of bonus wagering completion. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering, phl88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation and to report relevant activity to applicable authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phl88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your phl88 account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on certain games — including live casino, bingo, or specific slot titles — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. It is your responsibility to review the contribution rates before commencing play with active bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

phl88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. 6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during gameplay, phl88 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected game round using server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected game round may be voided and any wagers placed during that round refunded to the Player's account. Incomplete game rounds shall not be considered valid for bonus wagering purposes. Phl88's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Certification and RNG

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phl88 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, database structures, and marketing materials — is the property of phl88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phl88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phl88 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content, software, and visual assets provided by third-party game providers on the phl88 platform remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are licensed to phl88 for distribution. Your use of those games does not grant you any ownership interest or rights in the underlying content.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

phl88 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11. Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phl88 account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time from account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Multiple account creation or identity fraud
• Chargeback activity or payment disputes
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account access by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your phl88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon your request to close an account, phl88 will process any remaining verified balance (subject to standard withdrawal conditions and completion of any active bonus wagering requirements) and formally close the account. Note that self-exclusion requests are processed as permanent account closures and are not reversible.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or suspension, your right to access the phl88 platform ceases immediately. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
